Legal Studies is about examining the impacts the legal system has on individuals, groups and society as a whole. In Year 11 we examine the nature of the legal system as this provides the platform for the Year 12 Course to delve deeper into certain areas.

It's not necessarily whether you want to go into law after school that you need to take Legal Studies, it works very well in tandem with Business and Economics and SOC... even Sciences it ties in... it ties into everything!
It makes you more aware of your own rights and freedoms and things you should do and shouldn't do
I knew it would be a good subject to help me with my writing skills which has helped me with a lot of my other writing based subjects such as English and Ancient History
